Taiwanese Pork Belly Buns
The pork belly is slowly braised in an aromatic mixture of soy sauce, shallots, wine, and 5-spice powder for hours. We will top it with some braised pickled mustard greens, fresh cilantro, and a dusting of peanuts.
Egg Roll Bowl
Pork sauteed with minced garlic, sesame oil, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce and sriracha.
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Lightly breaded chicken baked with a homemade sweet and sour sauce of pineapple, peppers, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Rice tossed with onion, carrots, peas, and fried egg.
Chinese Egg Tarts
Pressed dough filled with custard and baked until golden.
